Session conditions

We accept sessions in psychotherapy for special cases that require an in-depth study of the case. This package includes psychotherapy sessions for the following psychological disorders: (anxiety, depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, phobias).

 

• Please note that you must start with the initial package and book it first – after your case has been reviewed you can book other packages and sessions.
• The consultation appointment is scheduled according to availability.
• The session will be rescheduled if the client is five minutes late.
• The session is considered void if two consecutive appointments are missed.
• The consultation is considered cancelled if two weeks have passed since the payment of fees without the session being held.
• Not all sessions can be taken at the same time or on the same day.
• We welcome your inquiries from Sunday to Thursday, from 1 PM to 3 PM Saudi time.
• It is the client’s responsibility to contact us to schedule an appointment.
• All appointments must be taken within the period valid from the date of payment of fees.
• A reminder message will be sent two days before the session. Please note that failure to confirm attendance by replying to the message will result in the session being canceled and rescheduled.
• We are not currently accepting new cases, and the earliest date for new and discontinued cases starts from January 2026.

The session system for psychotherapy – for disorders :

• An initial session is scheduled to conduct the initial sessions in order to better understand and comprehend the case and the dimensions of the problem, followed by a second session to understand the case more deeply, followed by a third session to determine the treatment plan and its objectives and to open the sessions, then the psychological sessions are started according to the treatment plan – and some exercises will be specified in most of the sessions.
• Some psychological tests will also be conducted, depending on the case.
• The sessions are conducted via live audio on Zoom, as a chat and instant dialogue.
• All sessions are 40 minutes long.
