Urgent Live Sessions

• Audio consultations are conducted via Zoom as an audio or video chat, or via voice recordings via WhatsApp.
• If a session is booked with a follow-up appointment, it can be scheduled within a maximum of one month from the date of payment.
• The client must join the session within a maximum of 5 minutes of its scheduled time.
• The session will be considered void if the client is absent. Appointment.
• The session can be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
• The consultation is for one topic only, not for several separate questions.
• The consultation is considered canceled after two weeks from the date of payment without the session taking place.
• The earliest available and suitable appointment for the client will be scheduled for the following day or the day after.
• The client is responsible for contacting the client to schedule the appointment.
• Urgent session hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM to 4 PM.
• Sessions are conducted live as an audio or video chat via Zoom or voice recordings via WhatsApp. The problem and solution are discussed during the chosen session time.

For sessions with a review:

• First session: 40 minutes
• Session Review time: 20 minutes
