Details of Regular Audio Sessions

We offer sessions in the following areas:

• Personal
• Family
• Educational
• Marital
• Social
• Sexual Issues
• Relationships in General

Consultation Process:

Audio consultations are conducted via audio or video chat using Zoom.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Consultation appointments are scheduled according to availability.
• If the client is late for their appointment, the session will be rescheduled within 5 minutes.
• The session will be considered canceled if you miss your appointment.
• The consultation is for one topic only and not for several separate questions.
• The consultation will be considered canceled after two weeks from the date of payment without the session being taken.

Consultation Times:

Mondays and Thursdays

From 12 PM to 3 PM (Saudi Arabia Time)

Confirmation and Attendance:

A reminder message will be sent before the session. If you do not confirm your attendance by replying to the message, the session will be considered canceled and rescheduled.

Important Notice:

The session must be taken within the valid period from the date of payment.

In case the session is not taken within the specified time, it will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

The client is responsible for contacting us to schedule the appointment.

Sessions are live, taking the form of a conversation and immediate dialogue. The problem and proposed solutions are discussed throughout the entire session.
