Terms and Conditions
First: Terms of Service
- The customer is responsible for any additional fees when paying through different methods, such as bank fees, currency conversion fees, and taxes.
- We believe in the importance of mutual respect. Therefore, we reserve the right to suspend service or delete any subscriber in case of abuse, without refunding any amount.
Second: Online Courses
- Course registration is through the website. The participant will be provided with a login link after completing registration.
- Lectures can be attended at a time convenient for the participant. Various packages are available that include the website and Telegram.
- Registration is individual. Sharing or posting course topics or login details is prohibited. Violation will result in permanent exclusion.
- Participants may ask questions related to the course topics only in the questions section. Consultative questions or questions outside the course content will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to delete any content or account in case of emergency, noting that the responsibility for maintaining confidentiality rests with the participant.
- The participant is obligated to take an oath to maintain the confidentiality of the content: “I swear by Almighty God that I will not publish, send, or share any of the course materials in any way, and I am therefore responsible before God for any breach of this commitment.”
- Agusto 13 Company is not responsible for the loss of materials, leaving Telegram groups, forgetting the password, or delays in logging in and following the materials.
Third: Sessions and Consultations
A) Regular Sessions
- Sessions include: personal, family, marital, educational, social, sexual, and public relations.
- Written sessions are conducted via WhatsApp, and audio sessions are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp recordings.
- Sessions are scheduled according to Available Appointments.
- The appointment will only be rescheduled if the client is 5 minutes late. If the client is absent, the session will be canceled.
- The session is dedicated to one topic only. Random questions will not be accepted.
- The session will be considered canceled two weeks after payment if it is not taken.
- Sessions are accepted from Sunday to Thursday, from 12 PM to 3 PM.
- A reminder will be sent before the appointment. The appointment will be canceled if attendance is not confirmed.
B) Session Packages
- All sessions must be taken within the specified period from the date of payment.
- If the sessions are not taken within the specified period or if appointments are not coordinated, the remaining sessions will be considered canceled and fees will not be refunded.
- The client is responsible for contacting us to schedule an appointment. Sessions.
c) Non-Immediate Sessions
- Problem details must be sent in a single written message via email or WhatsApp.
- Audio recordings or videos are not permitted.
- Responses will be provided within 2-3 business days.
- Problem details must be submitted within 3 days of purchase; otherwise, the session will be canceled.
- Only one problem will be discussed, with a maximum of 600 words.
d) Immediate Urgent Sessions
- Sessions are conducted via written WhatsApp and audio via Zoom (audio recording via WhatsApp).
- If a review is required, it must be booked within one month of payment.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session will be canceled.
- Rescheduling is possible Scheduling is only permitted 24 hours in advance.
- The session will be canceled two weeks after payment if not taken.
- Session times are from 12 PM to 3 PM.
- The first session lasts 40 minutes, and the follow-up session lasts 20 minutes.
Fourth: Psychotherapy sessions
- Specifically designed for conditions such as: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and trauma.
- You must book the initial package first.
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and will be rescheduled if you are 5 minutes late.
- Missing two consecutive appointments will result in cancellation of sessions.
- All sessions cannot be taken on the same day.
- Sessions are available Sunday through Thursday, from 1 PM to 3 PM.
- The client is responsible for coordinating appointments.
- Remaining sessions will be canceled if not used within the allotted time.
* Therapy session system:
- First session: To understand the case.
- Second session: In-depth analysis.
- Third session: Developing a treatment plan.
- Following sessions: Implementing exercises and follow-up.
- Duration: 40 minutes per session via Zoom.
Fifth: File Policy
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information (name, mobile number, and full address).
- Delivery time depends on the shipping company and the customer’s location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping company delays.
- If delivery fails due to the customer not receiving the shipment or not being available at the address, the customer will not be compensated.
Sixth: Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer, and the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping data (name, mobile number, full address).
- The delivery time depends on the shipping company and the customer’s location, and we are not responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays by shipping companies.
- In the event of a delivery failure due to the customer not receiving the shipment or not being available at the address, the customer will not be compensated.
Seventh: Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are not permitted after purchase to maintain product quality and safety.
- Exceptions are made in cases where the product arrives damaged or unusable.
- In the event of a damaged product, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, sending clear photos that prove the product’s condition.
- After reviewing the condition and confirming the damage, the customer will be compensated with a replacement product or a full refund, as we deem appropriate.
Eighth: Privacy Protection
- * Client privacy is fully protected.
- * Calls are not recorded and messages are not saved.
- * The session provider is permitted to retain some data for case evaluation.
- * Data is stored in a private and secure location.
