3. Any violation of intellectual property rights exposes the violator to legal accountability and compensation claims.

Fourth: Professional and Medical Disclaimer

1. All offered courses and sessions aim solely at awareness, psychological support, and knowledge development.
2. The provided services are not substitutes for medical or clinical psychological treatment or medical diagnosis.
3. The client is responsible for consulting medical specialists when needed.
4. The company is not responsible for any personal decisions the client makes based on the provided content.

Fifth: Sessions and Consultations

1. Sessions are offered in personal, family, marital, educational, social, sexual, and public relationship fields.
2. Sessions are provided through specified channels such as WhatsApp or Zoom.
3. Sessions are scheduled according to available time slots.
4. Paid amounts for consultations cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. In case of delay or absence, the cancellation policies stated in the service package will apply.
6. Each session is dedicated to one topic only.
7. The session is canceled if it is not used within the specified period from the payment date.
8. It is prohibited to record, photograph, or share the sessions without prior written consent.

Eighth: Digital Files and Content Policy

2. Downloading files is the client’s responsibility after subscription.
3. The company is not responsible for lost files after the access period ends.

Ninth: Shipping and Delivery

1. The client is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
2. The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
3. No compensation is provided if delivery fails due to client-related reasons.

Tenth: Refund and Replacement Policy

1. Digital products cannot be refunded or replaced after purchase.
2. Physical products may only be replaced or refunded if delivered damaged.
3. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
4. The client has the right to refund or replace the product without extra fees if the product is defective or does not match the specifications. If the product is intact, the client is not entitled to refund or replacement.

The company bears no responsibility if service delivery is hindered due to circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, technical failures, or emergencies.

Fourteenth: Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
