• Please note that the earliest date for regular sessions is January 20, 2026.
• We welcome sessions in the following areas: (personal, family, educational, marital, social, sexual problems and relationships in general)
• Written consultations are conducted via WhatsApp, while audio consultations are done via Zoom or through WhatsApp voice recordings.
• The consultation appointment is scheduled according to availability.
• The session will be rescheduled if the client is five minutes late.
• The session is considered void if the attendee is absent.
• The consultation should focus on one topic, not on several random questions.
• The consultation is considered cancelled if two weeks have passed since the payment of fees without the session being held.
• We welcome your inquiries from Sunday to Thursday, from 12 noon to 3 pm Saudi time.
• A reminder message will be sent before the session. Please note that failure to confirm attendance by replying to the message will result in the session being canceled and rescheduled.
• All appointments must be taken within the valid period from the date of payment of fees. In case of failure to take sessions within the valid period, the remaining sessions will be considered void and fees for missed sessions will not be refunded.
• It is the client’s responsibility to contact us to schedule an appointment.
• The sessions are conducted directly, as a conversation and immediate dialogue.
