Details of Urgent Written Sessions

We offer sessions in the following areas:

Consultation via Email

• All details of the problem must be sent in a single message.
• The problem will not be discussed after the first message is sent.
• Responses will be provided within 2–3 business days.
• The problem must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp to the coordinator. Audio recordings and videos are not accepted.
• The service must be used within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.
• If the problem is not submitted within the specified period, the session will be considered void.
• Only one problem related to one topic will be discussed.
• The maximum text length is 600 words; anything exceeding this will not be considered.

Urgent Live Sessions

• Written consultations are conducted via WhatsApp.
• If a session with a review is booked, it can be scheduled within a maximum of one month from the date of payment.
• The client must join the session within a maximum of 5 minutes of its scheduled time.
• The session will be considered void if the client is absent.
• The session can be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• The consultation is for one topic only, not for multiple separate questions.
• The consultation is considered canceled two weeks after payment if the session is not taken.
• The earliest available suitable appointment will be scheduled for the next day or the day after.
• The client is responsible for contacting us to schedule the appointment.
• Urgent session hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM to 4 PM.
• Sessions are conducted live as a text chat via WhatsApp, where the problem and solutions are discussed during the session.

For Sessions with a Review:

• First session: 40 minutes
• Review session: 20 minutes
