Details of urgent sessions

For an email consultation :

• All details of the problem should be sent in one message.
• The issue will not be discussed after the first issue is submitted.
• We will respond within 2-3 business days.
• The problem should be sent via email or WhatsApp to the coordinator, and must be in written form only; audio recordings, videos, and other forms of submission will not be accepted.
• This package must be used within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.
• If the issue is not reported within three days, the session will be considered void.
• Only one problem related to one topic should be discussed.
• The maximum is 600 words; anything beyond that will not be considered.

For urgent, immediate sessions :

• Written consultations are conducted via WhatsApp, while audio consultations are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp voice recordings.
• If the session is booked with a review, it can be scheduled within a maximum of one month from the date of payment of fees.
• The client must enter the session within a maximum of 5 minutes of her appointment.
• The session is considered void if the attendee is absent.
• The session can be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
• The consultation should focus on one topic, not on several random questions.
• The written session takes place via WhatsApp, and the audio session takes place via Zoom or through voice recordings on WhatsApp.
• The consultation is considered cancelled if two weeks have passed since the payment of fees without the session being held.
• The earliest available and convenient appointment for the client will be scheduled for the following day or the day after.
• It is the client’s responsibility to contact us to schedule an appointment.
• Urgent session appointment times: from 12 noon to 4 pm
• Sessions can be conducted live, such as text chats on WhatsApp, instant messaging, voice calls on Zoom, or voice recordings on WhatsApp.
• In the case of sessions that include a review, the first session is 40 minutes and the review session is 20 minutes.
