Details of Urgent Written Sessions

We accept sessions in the following areas:

• Personal
• Family
• Educational
• Marital
• Social
• Sexual Problems
• Relationships in General

Consultation Session via Email

• All details of the problem must be sent in a single message.
• The problem will not be discussed after the first message is sent.
• Responses will be given within 2-3 business days.
• The problem should be sent via email or WhatsApp to the coordinator. It must be in writing only; audio recordings or videos are not accepted.
• This must be used The package is available within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.
• If the problem is not submitted within the specified period, the session will be considered void.
• Only one problem related to one topic will be discussed.
• The maximum text length is 600 words; anything exceeding this will not be considered.

Urgent Live Sessions

• Written consultations are conducted via WhatsApp.
• If a session is booked with a review, it can be scheduled within a maximum of one month from the date of payment.
• The client must join the session within a maximum of 5 minutes of its scheduled time.
• The session will be considered void if the client is absent from the scheduled time.
• The session can be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• The consultation is for one topic only. Not for several separate questions.
• The consultation is considered canceled two weeks after the date of fee transfer without the session taking place.
• The earliest available and suitable appointment for the client will be scheduled for the following day or the day after.
• The client is responsible for contacting the client to schedule the appointment.
• Urgent session hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM to 4 PM.
• Sessions are conducted live as a text chat via WhatsApp, and the problem and solution are discussed during the chosen session time.

For sessions with a review:

• First session: 40 minutes
• Review session: 20 minutes
